Turks and Caicos Islands Golf Association

The Turks and Caicos Islands Golf Association (TCIGA) was formed in 1994 to operate as a not for profit
organisation for the advancement of golf in TCI. In 1996 we joined Caribbean Golf Association (CGA) to enable our members
to participate in regional and international competition. Since then our national golf team has competed each year in the
Caribbean Championships and other regional tournaments. We hosted the Caribbean Amateur Golf Championships in 1999 and look
forward to hosting that tournament again in 2009. Our
mission is to develop golf in this country and, in particular, to advance junior golf. Within the islands we have been responsible for the creation of a number of tournaments and charity events which
take place annually. Along with Provo Golf Club we have raised over $1,000,000 for various charitable causes in the past 12
years. We encourage our membership to give back to the game what they personally get out of it.

In August 2009 we are proud hosts of the 53rd Caribbean Amateur Golf Championships sponsored by Bordier
